How It Works
POSTPARTUM & NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST

Step 1: Discovery & Intake
We begin with a personal consultation to learn your goals, preferences, and family rhythm — the foundation for care that feels aligned and effortless.
Step 2: The Match
We thoughtfully pair you with one or more Postpartum & Newborn Care Specialists whose expertise and energy best support your family. You’ll have the opportunity to connect before care begins to ensure each fit feels right.
Step 3: Scheduling & Booking
Together we build a care schedule that fits your life — days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum shift: 4 hrs | Maximum: 12 hrs | 50% deposit required.
Step 4: Personalized Care Planning
Your dedicated team creates a custom care calendar and adapts support as your baby and family’s needs evolve.
Step 5: Seamless Transition
When you’re ready for long-term care, we’ll guide you in finding the right nanny or caregiver and ensure a smooth handoff from your specialist team.
How It Works

We assess latch, milk transfer, pumping, oral function, and overall feeding comfort—supporting breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, chestfeeding, pumping, and combination feeding.
Step 4: Personalized Care Plan
Receive a tailored plan based on your goals and your baby’s needs.
With your permission, we coordinate with your pediatrician and share visit summaries.
Referrals to trusted tongue-tie, dental, and bodywork providers are offered when helpful.
