While we are not currently contracted with Medicaid, we are committed to ensuring all families receive the help they need—regardless of their ability to pay.

Our team will gladly provide superbills, documentation, and guidance to support out-of-network reimbursement or self-pay options.

It is the client’s responsibility to understand their individual insurance benefits, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. The Perfect Push has no control over your plan’s specific coverage or reimbursement decisions.
