- 01Insurance coverage for lactation consulting and phototherapy services will be available by February 2026. We do not accept insurance for newborn care, postpartum care, newborn care specialist services, or doula services. We do accept FSA/HSA cards for eligible services.
- 02Yes. Families may purchase gift cards for loved ones to use toward eligible Perfect Push services. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- 03We provide concierge prenatal education, lactation consulting, phototherapy for newborn jaundice, and comprehensive postpartum support. Our goal is to nurture and empower families from pregnancy through the fourth trimester.
- 04We proudly serve families across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and surrounding communities. Virtual services are available for certain visit types.
- 05Yes. We offer ongoing postpartum, lactation, feeding, and family support. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled as needed to maintain confidence, skills, and peace of mind.

- 08Step 1: Discovery & Intake We begin with a personal consultation to learn your goals, preferences, and family rhythm — the foundation for care that feels aligned and effortless. Step 2: The Match We thoughtfully pair you with one or more Postpartum & Newborn Care Specialists whose expertise and energy best support your family. You’ll have the opportunity to connect before care begins to ensure each fit feels right. Step 3: Scheduling & Booking Together we build a care schedule that fits your life — days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum shift: 4 hrs | Maximum: 12 hrs | 50% deposit required. Step 4: Personalized Care Planning Your dedicated team creates a custom care calendar and adapts support as your baby and family’s needs evolve. Step 5: Seamless Transition When you’re ready for long-term care, we’ll guide you in finding the right nanny or caregiver and ensure a smooth handoff from your specialist team.

Step 2: We Come to You An ARNP or IBCLC meets you at home or virtually, bringing attentive, concierge-level care. Step 3: Comprehensive Feeding Assessment We assess latch, milk transfer, pumping, oral function, and overall feeding comfort—supporting breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, chestfeeding, pumping, and combination feeding. Step 4: Personalized Care Plan Receive a tailored plan based on your goals and your baby’s needs. With your permission, we coordinate with your pediatrician and share visit summaries. Referrals to trusted tongue-tie, dental, and bodywork providers are offered when helpful. Step 5: Ongoing Support We provide follow-ups and continued guidance as your feeding journey evolves.
