Welcome to The Perfect Push, PLLC.
 

By booking services with us, accessing our resources, or interacting with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

 

1. Service Eligibility

The Perfect Push provides services to individuals and families who have completed our intake process and

agreed to our care terms.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if the request falls outside our scope of practice, if

safety concerns arise, or if scheduling limitations prevent appropriate support.

 

2. Scope of Practice

Our team provides non-clinical, evidence-based support unless otherwise specified.

Postnatal & Newborn Care Specialists (PNCSs) and Doulas do not perform medical procedures, diagnose

conditions, or prescribe treatment.

All services are guided and supported by licensed Nurse Practitioners for clinical coordination and

oversight.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Care calendars are coordinated collaboratively based on family needs and staff availability.

While we aim to maintain consistency, adjustments may occur due to births, illness, or emergencies.

Mutual flexibility is appreciated to ensure seamless and continuous care.

 

4. Communication

Secure client portals and telehealth messaging are preferred for clinical questions and care updates.

Text and email may be used for convenience, but are not HIPAA-compliant.

By initiating communication via unsecured channels, you acknowledge and accept associated risks.

a) SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with

third parties for marketing purposes.

b) Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from The Perfect Push, PLLC, you may receive messages 

related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Follow-up messages

  • Coordination of Care

  • Follow-up instructions

c) Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

d) Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan.

These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

e) Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from The Perfect Push, PLLC, in the following ways

By submitting an online form

f) Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS

message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging

list.

g) Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP.

Additional Options:

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our

forms.

h) Standard Messaging Disclosures:

  • You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP."

5. Client Conduct

The Perfect Push maintains a safe, inclusive, and respectful care environment.

Disrespectful, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of

services without refund.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Doula & PNCS Services)

We understand that plans can change—especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our families and our care team, who reserve

dedicated time for your support.

Appointments & Shift Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Fully refundable or rescheduled without penalty.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice (non-emergency): Full fee will be charged or deducted from purchased hours.

  • No-shows: Non-refundable and deducted from purchased hours.

8. Package & Program Refunds

Applies to all Doula and Postnatal & Newborn Care Specialist (PNCS) service packages.

  • Before services begin: 50% deposit refundable if canceled at least 30 days before your expected start date or due date.

  • Within 30 days of due/start date or after services have begun: Payments are non-refundable. Credit may be applied to future services at The Perfect Push’s discretion.

  • Medical or Extenuating Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation (e.g., hospitalization, early delivery, or medical complications).

  • Provider Cancellations: If The Perfect Push must cancel due to staffing, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.

We stand behind the quality of our Doula and PNCS care.If, at any point, our services fail to

meet the standards outlined in your agreement, we will issue a 100% refund—no questions

asked.

9. Privacy & Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your personal and

health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

 

10. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will first be addressed

through mediation or arbitration in good faith, with mutual respect and confidentiality maintained.
